The UK has a number of certified Aastra Enterprise suppliers. It is a commonly held view that there is not enough feedback on these suppliers. To help members better understand their true options, let's start off with who's who and what they can do.
The Aastra Enterprise Partner Program is made up of three levels: Authorized Partners, Advanced Partners and Premium Partners. Each level is defined by the partners degreel of commitment and participation.
Aastra Enterprise in the UK have also created a Certified Reseller program that enables organisations to provide Aastra solutions supported through a distribution channel. The certification standard is banded Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. For definitions of what they mean click here

| Aastra have been working on a new channel partner model. This is focused on the partner and not the end customer. Hopefully it might bring more partners to the table and increase choice for end users. When we receive information we will update this page. |
| Nimans have now re-emerged as the distributor for Aastra having successfully mounted a takeover of Rocom. This will not affect the transactional or existing commercial relations anyone has with either party. |
