Thales is a service business that is growing and investing in Ericsson. We see Ericsson as a progressive communications vendor with products of high quality and reliability.
Thales Services have extensive experience with Ericsson, and particularly MD110 - we have installed, commissioned and supported it in the UK for a number of years. Currently we have 115,000 ports of MD110 supported by our service centre and field personnel.
There are over 200 people trained on Ericsson products within Thales and we have over 20 regional offices around the UK able to offer local customer support.
We have a state of the art centralised Task Management Centre (TMC), capable of remotely managing in excess of 700 engineers around the country. Operating 24/7, the TMC offers full disaster resilience, network interrogation, problem management reporting and tracking and consistently delivers first class round-the-clock support.
In December 2005 Thales launched a new service initiative to Ericsson MD110 users. 'OptiServe' is providing a method of saving considerable cost without compromising on quality of the service you receive. Just another way of demonstrating our confidence, in both Ericsson, and in our ability to deliver the service cost effectively.
