None reported through the user group. Version 7 is the current latest release. We recommend you always ensure you have the latest service packs implemented with any upgrade (that includes for Solidus and the MX-ONE). We also recommend you do not mix your service vendors if you have an MX-One /Solidus deployment ( as supporting complications may well be an issue). |
It is important to ensure that you understand the 'active' lifecycle for the software version you are purchasing. Don't forget that software assurance is time limited so seek some guarantees on delivery of 'free' upgrades. If anyone is having problems with ordering additional licenses advise us. |
