This will be the first scheduled user group meeting of 2012, an important year for everyone as the economic challenges will put pressure on us all, users, service partners and vendors alike. The Communication Infrastructure will become ever more important to the business as we seek new ways of working to reduce cost and increase competitiveness / efficiency.
Aastra want to take centre stage to discuss our issues and share with us their 2012 plans / latest product news. They will be supporting this event with a full demonstration suite of the MX-One, Solidus, UC apps suite including the new BluStar multimedia phone device and One Box.
Aastra have made available the latest Analyst reports which can be accessed via the user group or via their main site. As users we need to clarify what do the reports mean to us? This is a good opportunity to ensure the vendor does not just talk but also listens to the Aastra Enterprise user community. Let's examine what Aastra are doing in the UK to support users in 2012.
In addition we will ask the partners to update us with their views on 2012 and if they have any plans to share with us.
We will also hear about a 'new' MX-One Project being currently deployed for Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust which consists of a 5000 user cloud based solution as part of a HP outsource contract.

Note: If you are a existing user of MD110/MX-One but not a current member and would like to attend this event we have limited guest spaces, these are available on request on a first come first served basis.
For those who do not wish to join the group on a full time basis (£180 pa) you can attend and pay a day delegate rate of £89.00.

We are looking for an additional member to join the user group committee in 2012. The main criteria for joining the committee is you must be an existing paid up member of the group.
